Now Accepting Applications for Substitute Nutrition Services Assistant 2026 / 2027 School Year Substitute Nutrition Services Assistant Hourly Rate: $16.30 ( no benefits )
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Successful experience in quantity food preparation
- Kentucky Department of Education Certification as a Food Service Employee
The following items are required in order to approve all applicants for hire:
- Criminal Records Check (instructions for CRC will be sent by JCPS Substitute Center)
- Child Abuse & Neglect Check (instructions for CAN will be sent by JCPS Substitute Center)
- TB Test Results (within 1 year)
- Physical (within 1 year)
- Official Transcripts or High School Diploma
