Substitute Special Needs Assistant Panel

Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board will be forming a substitute panel of Special Needs Assistant for positions that may arise during the school academic year 2026/27

• Garda Vetting is a prerequisite to commencing employment with Kilkenny and Carlow ETB.
