We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our educational team from Preschool through grade 12! Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher with enthusiasm and clarity.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
• Organize classroom activities that promote student participation and development.
• Support students’ individual needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and confidence in learning.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report any student concerns or behavioral issues promptly.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold school policies.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, or tutoring settings is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation across various subjects such as math, literacy, or creative writing.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism and developmental disabilities, is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Background in early childhood education or Montessori methods is advantageous for our preschool classrooms.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Proven ability to adapt instructional approaches to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
