• Organize classroom activities that promote student engagement, including hands-on projects, group work, and individual assignments aligned with curriculum standards.
• Support students with diverse needs by adapting instructional methods and materials to accommodate learners with disabilities or developmental challenges.
• Foster inclusive classroom environments that encourage participation from all students, including those with autism or other special education requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with school staff regarding student progress, behavioral issues, or any incidents during your shift.
• Uphold school policies and safety protocols at all times while demonstrating professionalism and reliability.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as classrooms, tutoring programs, or childcare environments is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability in curriculum development and implementation across various subjects including literacy education and math.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities enhances your ability to support diverse learners effectively.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies is essential for maintaining an organized learning space.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles, Montessori methods, or creative teaching approaches is a plus.
• Proven skills in lesson planning, instructional adaptability, and organizing classroom activities contribute to success in this role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor or guide students foster a positive educational experience for all learners.
