What You’ll Do:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Support students’ learning and engagement while their teacher is away
• Adapt to a variety of classroom settings, from elementary to high school

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring, dependable individual who enjoys working with children and teens
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• A flexible mindset and the ability to step in where needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teaching or substitute license

• Associate's Degree required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
