What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a four-year, credentialled program.
• Philosophy: Dedication to teaching best practices that build foundational skills, curiosity, and confidence—empowering students to excel in whichever top high schools and colleges they choose.
• Skills: Comfort working with curious, engaged students, you bring a commitment to culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Mindset: An energetic team player with a strong work ethic, flexibility, high-motivation, and a great sense of humor.

Key Responsibilities (In Brief)

• Provide coverage for our academic, athletic, music, and art teachers when they are absent.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
• Teach and inspire students during classes, lunch, recess, clubs, and other activities during the day.

Compensation & Perks

• $120 per day.
