Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implements lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, ensuring that students understand the material.
• Maintains classroom management and discipline, following school policies and procedures.

• Supervises students in the classroom, during transitions, and at other times as assigned.
• Takes attendance and maintains accurate records.
• Communicates effectively with students, staff, and administration.
• Provides feedback to the regular teacher regarding student progress and classroom activities.
