Store Supervisor — Subway

Pay: $22.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Store Supervisor to join our Subway team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, fast-paced restaurant and helping the team succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the restaurant team during assigned shifts
• Ensure Subway standards are followed for food quality, cleanliness, service, and food safety
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to team members
• Ensure proper sandwich builds, portioning, preparation, and product rotation
• Monitor speed of service and guest experience
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities
• Ensure accurate cash handling, cash-in/cash-out procedures, and daily paperwork
• Monitor inventory, prep levels, bread production, and product availability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational restaurant
• Communicate staffing, operational, and guest concerns to management
• Help create a positive, respectful, and productive team environment
• Lead by example and step in wherever the restaurant needs support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and operational details
• Positive attitude with the ability to coach and develop others
• Must be at least 18 years old
