Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following company standards and recipes
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage food service customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicing machines, ovens, and refrigeration units, while maintaining proper food handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety management practices and sanitation standards at all times
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring expiration dates

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety procedures within the food industry
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a retail or restaurant setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing register operations
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean workspace is desirable
• Food service or restaurant experience that highlights teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
