Position Details

• Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Location: In-clinic (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record data on client progress with accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support each client’s goals
• Maintain active RBT certification and uphold all BACB ethical standards
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in ABA therapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• RBT Certification (Required)
