Required Skill:

• Engage with Key stakeholders and translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off in compliance with the best practices.

• Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.

• Manage own workload of ‘HR tickets’ (incidents and service requests) ensuring that they are effectively managed in accordance with defined operating procedures and agreed SLAs.

• Support the deployment of half yearly SuccessFactors release and mandatory system changes.

• Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, Data Models configurations, Workflows, RBP, Business rules, Position management, MDF objects, Platform and configuration of provisioning.

• Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.

• Work closely with Data ops team to ensure Data is maintained in the system to the highest standard and identify any process or training gaps.

• Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.

• Good to have experience in creating reports, Integration Centre.

• Knowledge in integration of Employee Central with and Recruitment Onboarding and external job portals will be an added advantage.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.

• At least one end to end implementation.

• Integration with SF talent modules is required.

• Good knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.

• Experience working with SuccessFactors implementation methodology.

• Knowledge of the current SuccessFactors version is required.

• Attention to detail to ensure right resolution of the query.

• Problem solving skills within an HR Administrative environment.

• Good Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Eager to learn and develop troubleshooting and customer service skills.
