Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP HCM applications
• Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
• Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections
• Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
• Developing a deeper understanding of the business context and adapting to changes
• Upholding professional and technical standards while maintaining the firm's code of conduct
• Utilizing project management skills to oversee SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
• Managing human resources transformation projects effectively
• Excelling in strategic human resource planning and talent management
• Leveraging workforce analytics for informed decision-making
