Sugaring Esthetician

Skin and Sage Sugaring is hiring a Licensed Esthetician / Experienced Sugarist to join our growing Houston team.

This position is for a licensed professional with hands-on sugaring experience who is confident performing Brazilian and body sugaring services independently. This is not an entry-level training position. Applicants must have prior professional sugaring experience.

We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, client-focused, and interested in growing with Skin and Sage Sugaring long term.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for additional shifts as clientele and booking demand grow.

Starting Schedule

Tuesday: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Both shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Brazilian and body sugaring services safely, efficiently, and consistently
• Provide a professional and welcoming client experience
• Maintain service timing and appointment standards
• Educate clients on aftercare, maintenance schedules, and home care
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment room
• Follow Skin and Sage Sugaring service protocols and operating procedures
• Support client retention through quality service, rebooking, and relationship building

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License required
• Professional hands-on sugaring experience required
• Must be confident performing Brazilian sugaring independently
• Experience performing additional body sugaring services
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Professional communication and client service skills
• Ability to follow established systems, protocols, and service standards

Compensation

• Paid training: $15/hour
• Post-training: Starting at $16/hour
• Pay increases based on experience, performance, reliability, and client retention
• Growth opportunities up to $18 to $20/hour
• Clientele transfer incentive available for experienced Sugarists with an established clientele

Training and Growth

All new hires complete paid onboarding and training to learn Skin and Sage Sugaring’s service standards, protocols, timing, and client experience.

Our training is designed to refine and standardize existing sugaring skills within the Skin and Sage Sugaring system. Applicants must already have professional sugaring experience.

Additional shifts and advancement opportunities may become available as clientele, performance, and booking demand grow.
