Resort Services Representatives provide friendly, face-to-face service to our guests, helping answer questions, solve problems and create a great experience from start to finish. We are currently looking for both full time and part time team members in this role, starting wages are anticipated to begin at $17.50 to $18.50 per hour and come with great job perks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive and professional approach, creating a great first impression and helping guests feel at home.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Sugarloaf’s policies, products and services, to confidently assist and inform guests.
• Become familiar with and maintain knowledge of the annual Ticket Promotion Manual, using it as a resource to accurately answer guest questions and provide up-to-date information.
• Listen to guests’ needs, questions, and concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized assistance to help them make the most of their Sugarloaf experience.
• Assist guests in finding appropriate resolutions to concerns within established guidelines and manager direction.
• Handle challenging situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism, working to resolve concerns quickly and respectfully while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, while maintaining accountability for all transactions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will

• be friendly, level-headed, dependable, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service.
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling challenging guest situations.
• be comfortable thinking on their feet, following established procedures, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• be comfortable learning and accurately communicating detailed information about Sugarloaf’s products, policies, tickets, passes, promotions, and events.
• be committed to creating a welcoming, positive experience for every guest.
• be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the winter season and be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
