We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Suitekeeper to join our hospitality team, ensuring that all guest suites and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. As a vital part of our hotel operations, the Suitekeeper will deliver exceptional sanitation and floor care services, creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest suites, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces to meet hotel standards.
• Handle chemical agents safely, adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other janitorial tools effectively and safely.
• Manage heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or supplies while following manual handling safety protocols.
• Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas with attention to detail.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures in case of incidents or safety concerns, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional cleaning or amenities, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial roles within hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods.
• Familiarity with chemical agent handling, safety data sheets (SDS), and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and other janitorial tools efficiently.
• Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
• Understanding of hotel emergency procedures and safety regulations related to hospitality operations.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
