  • Assist in enterprise orchestration efforts by identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities across complex initiatives and transformation programs.

  • Develop clear, executive-ready presentations, reports, and communications that translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Participate in workshops, stakeholder engagements, and strategy sessions to support enterprise decision-making and organizational alignment.

  • Apply analytical thinking, human-centered design, and problem-solving skills to help advance Navy Federal's member experience and innovation objectives.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research, evaluate information, and develop data-driven recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about member experience, innovation, strategy, and business transformation.

  • Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and contribute creative solutions to complex business challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.
