About the Company

As an Intern at Aurora Cooperative, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of agricultural business, including these core areas: sales, operations, precision management, grain operations, marketing and communications, information technology and finance.

About the Role

This internship role will provide an understanding in several different teams including agronomy, grain, energy, animal nutrition, and administration. We strive to include hands-on experiences that meet the goals and expectations of each student in our program.

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of agricultural business.
• Learn about sales, operations, precision management, marketing and communications, information technology or finance.
• Work with several different teams including agronomy, grain, energy, animal nutrition, and administration.
• Participate in hands-on experiences that meet the goals and expectations of each student in the program.
• Learn about the typical day-to-day in a certain area you want to focus on.
• Participate in various professional learning and development opportunities.
• Engage in many team-building activities.
• Gain practical experience and establish professional connections in the agricultural industry.
