The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. You'll build meaningful connections, strengthen your interpersonal skills, and contribute in ways that truly make a difference.
Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries.
The Professional Services Intern will support data conversion efforts as part of customer loan acquisition projects. Working under the guidance of experienced analysts, the intern contributes to data discovery, mapping, testing, validation, and go-live support, building practical skills across the full conversion lifecycle.

- Attend daily project calls and keep internal and external teams updated on tasks, timelines, and status
- Support assigned acquisition data conversion projects under the direction of senior analysts, from intake through final validation and implementation
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action-item logs, and help prepare status updates for internal and client teams
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and configuration review during client onboarding
- Shadow senior analysts during client discovery, testing, and implementation activities to learn how analytical findings are shared
- Work closely with programmers, consultants, and project managers to support analytical clarity and issue resolution
Knowledge And Experience
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, information systems, or a related field and be at least advancing to their senior year of study
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Strong written and oral communication skills and effective computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office
- Interest in forming hypotheses, testing assumptions, and using evidence to eliminate potential causes
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with curiosity about how to reason through data scenarios where the answer is not immediately apparent
- Basic understanding of how data is organized in databases and spreadsheets, and an interest in how data moves between systems
