Why join our Summer Internship programme?
As an Intern, you'll play a vital role in the success of Enterprise Mobility while gaining first-hand experience of what it takes to run a successful customer-focused business.
Working in one of our flagship retail branches, you'll spend your time interacting with customers, delivering exceptional service, and developing valuable sales skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll learn how every customer interaction contributes to the overall success of the branch and gain a deeper understanding of how sales, service and operational excellence work together to drive business results.
This is real-world experience from day one. You'll take ownership of meaningful responsibilities, work alongside experienced colleagues and develop highly transferable skills that will help you stand out when entering the job market.
Our doors are open
As an Intern, your experience at Enterprise Mobility will be as unique as you because you shape who we are as much as we shape your skills, path and potential. We pride ourselves on opening our doors to a variety of voices, giving way to an experience that’s both inclusive and that inspires diversity of thought.
This role is located in Perth.
Responsibilities
The focus of your internship will be delivering outstanding customer service and developing your sales skills while gaining exposure to the wider operation of a successful business. Key areas of focus:
- Customer Service & Relationship Building - Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the rental journey and build rapport with customers and confidently handle enquiries, reservations and concerns.
- Commercial Awareness – Understand customer needs and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions for the customer.
- Teamwork & Collaboration - Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, support branch objectives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Communication - Support customers by clearly explaining rental agreements, vehicle features and additional products.
As you develop, you'll also gain insight into:
- How a successful branch operates day to day.
- How great customer service and sales directly impact business success.
- Fleet management and logistical planning.
- Business development and local marketing activity.
At the heart of this internship is delivering exceptional customer service and developing commercial skills. As your confidence grows, you'll gain valuable insight into the wider areas of the business and understand how your contribution impacts branch performance and profitability.
