Summer Operational Processes Intern

The Muslim Association of Puget Sound (MAPS) is seeking a highly organized and analytical Operational Processes Intern to help improve organizational efficiency by documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes across departments. This internship provides hands-on experience in operations management, process improvement, project coordination, and organizational strategy within a growing nonprofit.

As a MAPS intern, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to understand how the organization operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement systems that increase efficiency and consistency.
