Sun/Mon- Swing Shift- CNA or MA

Project New Hope provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS, as well as adults with chronic health conditions.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate team member for our Transitional Housing Department, which serves single adults living with HIV/AIDS. In this role, you will support residents’ daily needs and help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication monitoring and assistance in accordance with program procedures and the responsibilities of the position.
• Accurately document resident activities and relevant observations.
• Support residents in understanding and following program policies and procedures.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete household tasks and laundry to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Medical Assistant certification.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to interact with residents respectfully and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
