Sunridge-Shift Leader

Right place. Right time. Right stuff. A career at Five Guys can help you discover what you’re really made of.

We’re the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. And we’ve stuck to the same ‘perfect and serve’ philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

These days, we’re still just as much a family as we always have been. We look after each other. We have fun. We have tons of integrity. We’re enthusiastic. We’re competitive. And we just get it done – whatever the challenge. It's called having the right stuff - and if you’ve got it too, you could join us as a Shift Leader.

It’s all about understanding that our customers expect nothing less than the best from us – and you’ll lead your crew to deliver. That means making sure that the right people with the right skills are in your restaurant at the right time, and that everyone knows what’s expected of them. You’ll help with opening and closing which are both important when it comes to setting your shift up for success. You’ll spend a chunk of your time learning what it takes to run a profitable restaurant – we’re talking managing budgets, accurate forecasting, ordering, and more.

And you’ll show your crew that you can get things done – whatever the challenge. for them, while also showing us that we can really count on you.
