What You'll Do

As a Super User, your responsibilities will depend on your experience, strengths, and the business area you are matched with. You may:

• Take ownership of assigned projects, processes, clients, or business outcomes

• Work with Australian clients and support their day-to-day business requirements

• Learn and work with different systems, processes, and tools

• Manage priorities and deliver work accurately and on time

• Support team members and step up when additional help is needed

• Look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery

• Take on new challenges and responsibilities as you grow

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for one specific background.

You may have experience in:

• Accounting & Finance

• Engineering

• Logistics & Supply Chain

• Insurance

• Operations

• Customer Service & Client Support

• Sales & Coordination

• Or another professional field

What matters is that you:

• Take ownership of your work and outcomes

• Show initiative without always waiting to be told what to do

• Are reliable, disciplined, and accountable

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Can work independently and as part of a team
