Job Description: As a superintendent, you will be responsible for organizing, running, and maintaining pool and/or projects. Your primary duties will include:

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from start to finish.
• Vendor Coordination: Contact vendors to schedule deliveries and ensure timely arrival of materials and services.
• Inspection Scheduling: Arrange and schedule necessary inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Verify and check the quality of work done, ensuring it meets our high standards.
• Site Conditions: Monitor and assess job site conditions to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Reporting: Daily and weekly accurate reporting of job site conditions and schedules

Qualifications:

· Lack of any experience can be offset with a strong willingness to learn a new career though hands on training.

• Proven experience as a superintendent OR strong willingness to learn a new career.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
