Superintendent | Luxury Residential Construction

We're partnering with a custom home builder seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage high-end residential projects from sitework through punch list completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations and subcontractors
• Manage project schedules, quality, and jobsite safety
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
• Lead projects from foundation through final turnover

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience
• Proven experience building luxury custom homes
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and trade coordination
• Ability to read plans, solve field issues, and maintain project schedules
