Superintendent

This Superintendent position is a full-time role requiring a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or construction management and at least eight years of vertical construction experience . The successful candidate will manage both administrative and field-oriented duties, including CPM scheduling, budget tracking, quality control, subcontractor supervision, materials logistics, and safety enforcement in compliance with OSHA and HIOSH regulations.

Key physical and technical demands include conducting daily multi-project site inspections, lifting up to 50 pounds , and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam .
