Home Rotation: Once per month

We are recruiting Superintendents and Senior Superintendents for major hyperscale data center construction projects in Ohio. These are site-based positions with a substantial package designed for professionals travelling or relocating to the project.

Superintendent

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000
• Annual Bonus: Target 10% — approximately $10,000 – $14,000
• Per Diem: $4,270/month — $51,240 annually
• Travel Allowance: $1,000/month — $12,000 annually
• Company Vehicle + Gas Card: Provided for business and personal use
• Healthcare: 100% employer-paid coverage for employee and family
• Home Rotation: Once per month
• Indicative Annual Cash Package: $173,240 – $217,240, before assigning any value to the vehicle, gas card or fully paid family healthcare.

Senior Superintendent

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $170,000
• Annual Bonus: Target 10% — approximately $13,000 – $17,000
• Per Diem: $4,270/month — $51,240 annually
• Travel Allowance: $1,000/month — $12,000 annually
• Company Vehicle + Gas Card: Provided for business and personal use
• Healthcare: 100% employer-paid coverage for employee and family
• Home Rotation: Once per month
• Indicative Annual Cash Package: $206,240 – $250,240, before assigning any value to the vehicle, gas card or fully paid family healthcare.

Annual cash package calculations assume 12 months of per diem and travel allowance and a 10% target bonus. Actual bonus and applicable per diem eligibility are subject to company policy.

The Role

The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day field execution of a large-scale hyperscale data center project, coordinating subcontractors, field teams, schedules, safety, quality and construction activities to ensure work is delivered safely, correctly and on programme.

Hyperscale data centers are highly complex, schedule-driven construction environments with significant electrical, mechanical, structural and mission-critical infrastructure. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing multiple trades and subcontractors while maintaining close coordination between field operations, project management, engineering, commissioning and the client.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coordinate daily construction activities across assigned areas of the project.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel and trade partners to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Drive short-term and look-ahead planning, identifying potential schedule constraints before they impact delivery.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical activities as required.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality requirements and project standards.
• Maintain a strong site safety culture and ensure compliance with project and company safety procedures.
• Conduct daily coordination meetings, site walks and subcontractor progress reviews.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, Engineers, QA/QC and commissioning teams.
• Manage RFIs, field changes, constructability issues and coordination challenges at site level.
• Oversee critical-path activities and support the project through construction, turnover and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate reporting on progress, manpower, productivity, constraints and upcoming work.

Candidate Requirements

We are specifically looking for experienced commercial/industrial construction Superintendents capable of operating effectively on a major, fast-paced project.

Candidates should ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent or comparable field leadership position.
• Experience delivering data centers, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, large industrial or similarly complex construction projects.
• Hyperscale data center experience is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling and subcontractor management.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, QA/QC and construction documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable for safety, quality and programme.
• Willingness and ability to be site-based in Marysville or Sidney, Ohio.

The compensation package is specifically structured to support travelling construction professionals, including $4,270 monthly per diem, $1,000 monthly travel allowance, monthly home rotation, company vehicle and gas card, and fully employer-paid healthcare for the employee and their family .
