Duties

• Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, managing daily operations to ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and enforcing safety protocols among team members.
• Coordinate projects involving facilities upgrades or repairs by planning schedules, managing resources, and communicating progress effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety incidents, and equipment performance to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams related to HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing layouts, and mechanical equipment.

Pay: $45.00 per hour
