We’re representing an established commercial + industrial GC looking to add an accomplished Lead Superintendent to its field leadership team.

This is built for a Superintendent who knows how to take ownership of a ground-up project, lead the field, drive the schedule, and deliver a quality job from mobilization through turnover.

You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to run the job , backed by an experienced project team and a contractor with a strong pipeline across the Southeast.

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

- 10+ years of Superintendent experience

• Strong ground-up commercial and/or industrial background

• Proven track record leading projects from sitework through closeout

• Strong command of schedule, safety, quality, subcontractors, and field coordination

• Comfortable being the field leader and face of the project with clients, inspectors, and trade partners

• Willing to travel throughout the Southeast

• Retail construction experience is a strong plus

💰 THE PACKAGE

$150,000–$200,000 base salary
