Superintendent

· Promote and enforce a culture of safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and implementing proactive safety measures to prevent accidents.

· Assist in the day-to-day management of construction operations, overseeing designated sections of the project, specific trade groups, or smaller subcontractor teams.

· Collaborate on project scheduling, coordinate the timely delivery of materials, and manage site logistics to keep projects on track.

· Lead all quality control efforts, ensuring construction activities adhere to plans, specifications, and industry standards.

· Provide consistent updates to project stakeholders, delivering daily reports on site activities, progress, challenges, and solutions.

· Identify, address, and resolve any on-site issues or delays that may impact project milestones or timelines.

· Collaborate with Human Resources to address discipline and employee relations concerns, ensuring that all team members are treated fairly and equitably.

· Facilitate conflict resolution and encourage open communication.
