Superintendent

We are looking for a hands-on Superintendent to run commercial upfit and tenant improvement projects across the Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville areas. You'll own the jobsite day to day, manage subcontractors, and report directly to the Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Run daily field operations on interior buildouts, including retail, office, medical, and restaurant spaces.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, and hold them to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Keep the PM informed with daily reports, photos, and early warning on delays, conflicts, or change items.
• Coordinate inspections with local building departments and push through to final and CO.
• Read drawings, catch field conflicts, and help resolve RFIs with the PM and design team.
• Manage punch lists and closeout so the space is turned over clean and on time.
• Work around landlord rules, occupied buildings, and after-hours restrictions when needed.

Pay: $350.00 - $550.00 per day
