We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent to lead and oversee the maintenance and operational excellence of our facilities. Duties

• Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure the effective repair and upkeep of mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, and low/high voltage equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
• Manage facilities maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize uptime and resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues related to mechanical systems, electrical circuits, schematics, and industrial equipment using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters.
• Oversee HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and high/low voltage management to ensure optimal building performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing OSHA standards, and maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs while managing budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships to meet operational goals.

Skills

• Proven management experience leading facilities maintenance or industrial teams with strong team management skills.
• Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage), plumbing maintenance, and schematics interpretation.
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards to ensure workplace safety at all times.
• Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
• Mechanical troubleshooting expertise utilizing tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and industrial maintenance best practices.
• Ability to manage facilities maintenance teams effectively while ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
