Superintendent

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising day-to-day construction activities on the project site.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitoring and enforcing adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Overseeing the work progress, quality control, and resolving any construction issues that may arise.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Managing and coordinating the schedules and activities of subcontractors and construction personnel.
• Tracking and reporting project progress, including milestones, delays, and changes.
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of project activities, including site reports and incident reports.
• Managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to establish project priorities and milestones.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 5 years’ worth of superintendent experience
• Must provide proof of NC Driver’s License
