Healthcare & Advanced Facilities Construction

Who we are seeking:

• Experience: 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience under your belt, with a proven track record as a lead Superintendent.
• Specialist: You bring strong knowledge of advanced construction methods, sequencing, and technical field operations. Experience with healthcare environments, labs, cleanrooms, or active facilities is highly desired .
• Mobility: Absolute willingness to travel extensively and work away from home for extended periods based on project locations. This is limited to the SouthEast and will not be leaving this locality.
• Leadership: A natural director of the field who can manage diverse subcontractor crews, command heavy logistics, and aggressively drive tight construction schedules.
• Tech: Comfortable utilizing modern field technology; direct experience uploading project data, daily logs, and photographs via Procore is highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Scale

• Command the Site: Provide elite daily on-site leadership and total oversight of assigned technical and healthcare construction builds.
• Subcontractor Synergy: Supervise, coordinate, and stream all subcontractor activities, conducting regular trade coordination meetings and weekly safety briefings.

Financial & Risk Architecture

• Drive the Schedule: Mastermind and execute the overall project timeline, delivering clear three-week look-ahead schedules to eliminate potential delays.
• Enforce Safety Guardrails: Strictly enforce company safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain zero-incident, pristine, and professional jobsites.

Technical Execution & Innovation

• Control Sensitive Environments: Architect complex on-site logistical protocols (infection control, ICRA/ILSM standards, micro-containment barriers, and phase shutdowns) within active or occupied sterile spaces.
• Ensure Quality Blueprinting: Own total quality control across the lifecycle of the build, driving building inspections, troubleshooting technical field issues, and executing rapid punch-list closeouts.
