A highly respected, well-established general contractor based in Phoenix is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The Role

You'll take day-to-day ownership of the jobsite, coordinating trades, managing schedule and quality, and acting as the main point of contact for subcontractors, project teams, and clients on the ground. What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• A stable career history with strong tenure at previous employers, this business is looking for someone who commits for the long haul, not a string of short stints
• Strong working knowledge of scheduling, safety, and quality control on active jobsites
• Confident, hands-on leadership style with subcontractors and project teams
• Open to relocating to the Phoenix metro area, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate
