Superintendent

Position summary
The Construction Superintendent oversees day-to-day field operations on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, labor, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work; identify and resolve field conflicts.
• Enforce site safety policies and applicable health and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and quality; address deficiencies and document corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, subcontractor access, and work sequencing.
• Maintain daily reports, site records, schedules, and documentation of delays or changes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and field issues to the project manager and other stakeholders.
• Help manage site logistics, housekeeping, and protection of completed work.
• Support project closeout, punch-list completion, and turnover.

Experience

• Must have ground up experience. Concrete/Steele.
• Must have Procore experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining safety compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred : Not mandatory.
• Experience supervising construction sites, trades, and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plans, specifications, and site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
