SUPERINTENDENT

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

· Coordinate work areas according to the project schedule.

· Supervise employees performing carpentry, concrete, reinforcing steel installation, gypsum board (drywall), joint compound finishing, painting, acoustical ceiling installation, fascias, and other construction-related tasks.

· Coordinate daily work activities with all subcontractors in accordance with the project schedule.

· Coordinate with engineers to ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to supervise and manage personnel assigned to various construction tasks.

· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

· Full-time position

· Monthly Salary: $3,000.00 – $4,500.00

Experience Required:

· Minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience.
