Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee a dynamic construction project in the vibrant Miami Design District, FL.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Oversee construction activities for a four-story, ground-up project

Apply experience in retail, office, and restaurant construction

Manage landscaping aspects of the project

Ensure compliance with safety rules and operating procedures

Write routine reports and correspondence

Qualifications:

Four to six years of experience in related construction fields

Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred

Minimum of OSHA-30 certification

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
