Pay range: $105,000***– $***155,000 per year + vehicle allowance, phone, bonus eligibility

About Graves Graves Construction builds for national retail, restaurant, healthcare and commercial brands across California — tenant improvements, ground-up restaurants, and renovations inside occupied, operating businesses. Our supers run their sites like they own them, and our systems are built to support them, not bury them in paperwork.

The role You'll run one or more retail, restaurant or TI projects from mobilization through turnover. You own the site: safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination and the client's first impression. You report to the General Superintendent and work daily with your Project Manager and Project Engineer.

What you'll do

• Mobilize to the Graves startup standard: site logistics plan, baseline schedule, procurement and long-lead check
• Build and run a 3-week look-ahead; drive daily subcontractor coordination and manpower
• Submit daily reports in Procore and the Superintendent Weekly Report by COB Thursday
• Run a safe site: daily safety leadership, toolbox talks, Stop Work Authority, inspections and corrective action
• Verify before you conceal: run inspections and internal quality walks at rough-in, before cover, and before the owner walk
• Coordinate inspections, utilities, landlord and mall requirements, and after-hours or occupied-space work
• Flag risk early — schedule, RFI, change or safety — with a proposed solution (our No Surprises policy)
• Drive punch, final inspections, CofO and closeout to a clean turnover

What you bring

• 5+ years as a commercial Superintendent (or 7+ years as Assistant Super / foreman stepping up)
• Retail TI, restaurant/QSR or mall work required; ground-up QSR a plus
• Can read plans, manage MEP coordination, and hold subs to schedule
• Procore, daily reporting and schedule look-aheads
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record; willing to travel to project sites
