Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Central Florida. This position will drive schedule performance, quality execution, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety.

Description

* Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through completion.

* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones.

* Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

* Monitor schedule progress and proactively resolve field issues.

* Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

Profile

* 8+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.

* Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.

* Strong understanding of project scheduling and field coordination.

* Proven knowledge of construction safety and quality control practices.

* Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain client relationships onsite.

Job Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
