Superintendent- Commercial Construction | Lead Major Projects with an Established Massachusetts General Contractor

A well-established and growing Massachusetts general contractor is looking to add experienced Superintendents to support a strong and expanding project backlog throughout Greater Boston, the South Shore, and Cape Cod.

What you'll be doing

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Lead subcontractors and coordinate all onsite construction activities
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestones
• Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving
• Take ownership of successful project delivery

What we're looking for

• Proven Superintendent experience with a General Contractor or Construction Manager
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling experience
• Excellent field leadership and communication skills
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, higher education, commercial, public, institutional, or similar construction
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day jobsite operations
