Location: Nationwide/Traveling across the US

Salary: Up to $175,000 base salary + comprehensive benefits & travel package

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading General Contractor that is expanding its Data Center & Mission Critical operations across the United States and is looking for experienced Traveling Superintendents to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced, highly technical environments and wants to work on some of the most complex mission-critical projects in the country.

Projects will be located across the US, so candidates must be comfortable with nationwide travel and extended project assignments.

The Role

As a traveling superintendent, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day field operations of major data center and mission-critical projects, working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and the wider project team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
• Coordinating multiple trades and maintaining project schedules
• Reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
• Leading daily coordination meetings and site activities
• Monitoring project progress and identifying potential schedule or quality issues
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and company standards
• Coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities
• Working closely with the Project Manager and client throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate daily reports and project documentation
• Providing leadership and mentorship to field teams and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• Data Center or Mission Critical experience is essential.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex, technically demanding projects and understanding the unique requirements of mission-critical construction
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and sequencing
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across the United States
