Superintendent/ Estimating Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Superintendent/Estimating Specialist to lead construction projects from initial conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role combines hands-on supervision of construction sites with expert-level estimating capabilities, requiring a proactive approach to managing teams, interpreting technical drawings, and coordinating project schedules. Experience

• Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management roles with a strong background in supervising teams on active job sites.
• Knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with construction estimating, material takeoffs, and project bidding.
• Understanding the site grading, elevations, and construction layouts.
• Familiarity with underground utilities, including water, sewer, storm drainage and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications.
