Job Description

• Experience overseeing large-scale industrial construction projects from site mobilization through project completion.
• Strong ability to lead field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners while maintaining schedule milestones, productivity goals, and site coordination efforts.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial construction methods, safety regulations, quality control procedures, and field operations.
• Proven track record of identifying and resolving construction challenges, coordinating multiple trades, and driving successful field execution on complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel in fast-paced construction environments.

• Experience overseeing large-scale ground-up manufacturing or industrial construction projects with strong expertise in field operations, sequencing, and construction means and methods.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and trade partners while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Thorough understanding of industrial construction safety requirements, with a strong track record of enforcing site safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve field issues, coordinate trades, and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, owners, and on-site personnel.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Texas as required to support project execution and site operations.
