About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Operations to join our Coburn team based near Shark Bay WA.

About You

• Minimum of 7yrs experience in a Mining Management or similar role
• Current S26 Certificate
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Quarry Management Ticket (or working towards) is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of mining methods, materials and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities and personnel
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials and equipment
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on site
