About Our Client My client is a general contractor located in Warrenton and Chantilly VA, looking for candidates who have worked on Pentagon renovations, secure facilities, or SCIF environments and understand the unique requirements, protocols, and challenges associated with working at the Pentagon.

Job Description

• Oversee daily construction site activities and coordinate work across active project areas.
• Review project plans and schedules to guide field activities and maintain progress.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to complete work in the planned sequence.
• Monitor work quality and address site issues that affect project delivery.
• Track daily progress and communicate updates to the project team.
• Maintain an orderly job site and coordinate material deliveries with planned work.
• Identify schedule concerns and work with the project team to resolve them.

• Experience overseeing construction site activities from planning through completion.
• Experience reading construction drawings, project plans, and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Experience monitoring work quality and resolving day-to-day site issues.
• Ability to track progress and share clear updates with project teams.
• Experience coordinating material deliveries and site logistics.

What's on Offer

• Salary range of $115,000 to $160,000.
