This is a chance to join a builder with a steady pipeline, repeat developer clients, and a field team that values experienced leaders.
What You’ll Do

- Coordinate crane picks and erection days with tilt subcontractors, keeping safety and schedule on track
- Build and maintain the project schedule, run look-aheads, and drive subcontractor coordination meetings
- Enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Oversee QA/QC, including concrete pours, testing, inspections, and punch lists
- Work closely with the Project Manager on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and owner/architect communication
- Hold subcontractors accountable for quality, manpower, and schedule
What You Bring

- Proven track record completing large-scale industrial/distribution projects from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy
- Strong working knowledge of concrete, panel casting and erection, structural steel, and building envelope
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (MS Project, P6, Procore, or similar)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with subs, owners, and inspectors
- Familiarity with DFW-area municipalities and inspection processes a plus
Nice to Have

- Background with large concrete subcontractors or self-performing GCs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Competitive base salary and performance bonus
- Vehicle allowance or company truck, gas card, and phone
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company match
