Superintendent / General Superintendent – Water/Wastewater (W/WW)

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a top-tier General Contractor to recruit multiple experienced Superintendents and General Superintendents across Texas, supporting a strong pipeline of major Water and Wastewater (W/WW) infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, highly respected contractor with a significant presence in the Texas market, delivering complex, high-value infrastructure projects.

We are seeking experienced field leaders who can drive construction operations, manage site teams, and ensure the successful delivery of major W/WW projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on large-scale water and wastewater construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, and construction crews.
• Manage construction schedules, site logistics, manpower, and equipment.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, owners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• General Superintendents will provide oversight across multiple projects, mentor field leadership teams, and support regional construction operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction experience , with a strong background in field supervision for a General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, Pump Stations, or related Heavy Civil infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site operations, scheduling, and safety management.
• Experience managing large field teams, subcontractors, and complex construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on major municipal or industrial W/WW projects is highly desirable.
