Multiforce SARL is a leading retail FMCG company in Kinshasa, DRC Congo, offering a wide range of FMCG products. Were seeking a dynamic Supermarket Incharge to drive our operations and customer experience.

Job Summary:

Lead our supermarket operations, focusing on sales growth, inventory management, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the supermarket.

2. Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and stock management.

3. Lead and train a team of sales staff for excellent customer service.

4. Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics.

5. Monitor sales performance and implement improvements.

6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.

Requirements:

1. Masters degree in Business Administration/Management.

2. Fluency in English (French a plus).

3. Under 30 years old.

4. 3+ years of experience in B2B, B2C, FMCG, or retail management.

5. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
