Superstar Chiropractic Assistant

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be an important part of the patient experience and the smooth running of our practice.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly experience
• Managing appointments, phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
• Supporting the chiropractor during patient visits
• Assisting with patient education and care plans
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Keeping the practice organised, clean and welcoming
• Supporting practice administration and day-to-day operations
• Helping with community outreach, events and practice marketing
• Contributing ideas to improve our systems and patient experience
• Building genuine relationships with patients and families

This is a people-focused role where your personality, initiative and attitude are just as important as your administrative skills.

Previous experience in healthcare, reception, administration, customer service or a similar role would be an advantage, but attitude and cultural fit are more important to us.

Employment: Part-time or Casual
Hours: 15-20 hours
